Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax condition "appear before the Respondent police daily 10.30 A.M." imposed in Crl.O.P.NO.34754 of 2019 dated 02.01.2020 in Crime No.477 of 2019 on the file of The Inspector of Police, H-4, Korukkupet police Station, Chennai and pass any other order. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.MUTHUKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.34754 of 2020 dated 02.01.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.34754 of 2020 dated 02.01.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
