The present Original Application has been filed to permit the applicant herein to produce the additional documents and mark the same on the side of the Applicant/Petitioner in the above Election Petition.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents vehemently opposed the same on the ground that, the subsequent document is nothing but improving the case of the petitioner, which cannot be permitted to without the respondents cross examining the petitioner on those documents.

3. However, being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this Court is inclined the allow the present Original application. However, it is open to the respondents to seek permission for cross examination of the concerned witness with regard to the documents introduced by the petitioner by way of the present application, upon making appropriate application.

4. Accordingly, this Original application is ordered as prayed for. Post the matter on 17.07.2023.
