It is represented by the Additional Public Prosecutor that after the conclusion of the investigation, the charge sheet has been laid and taken on file in PRC No.49/2020 on the file of the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai, under Sections 417, 376, 406 and 506(2) IPC and the summons has also been issued to the accused for appearance.
3. In such view of the matter, nothing further survives in this Criminal Original Petition. Resultantly, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
