ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.07.2024 for the alleged offence under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii), (c) of NDPS Act, 1985 as amended by Act 9/2001 in Crime No.13 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is a native of Tirupura and he was arrested on 05.07.2024 for the alleged possession of 24 kgs of ganja. Hence, the case.

3. While considering the earlier bail petitions filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11375 of 2025 and Crl.OP.No.19388 of 2025 this Court after considering the various points, dismissed these petitions on 17.04.2025 and 03.09.2025 respectively.

4. Subsequent to the dismissal of the above petition, the petitioner has filed the present petition on the very same grounds that were raised in the earlier bail petitions. Further, there is no change in circumstances after the dismissal of earlier petitions. Hence, this Court is not inclined to reconsider once again the merits of the claim made in the earlier bail petition.
