No.16078 of 2020, order dated 09.10.2020, in connection with Cr.No.317 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police. ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.16078 of 2020, order dated 09.10.2020, to appear before the Neravy Police Station daily at 10.30 am., for a period of one month and the petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdiction limits of the respondent police. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Public Prosecutor, Puducherry would also submit that the Investigation is completed, the charge sheet has also been filed on 08.12.2020 and the case has been taken on file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karaikal.

4.In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.16078 of 2020, on 09.10.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karaikal on the first working day of January 2021 and February 2021 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on all the hearing dates fixed by the learned Magistrate. 5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
