Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Certiorari calling for the records pertaining to the notice dated 28.06.2023 issued by the third respondent and to quash the same.

ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.B.Mohan, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.K.M.D.Muhilan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 3 to 5.

2. The Revenue Divisional Officer has filed a status report wherein it is stated that on 18.07.2023, survey was conducted, lands

were demarcated and encroachments were found.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader submits that Form III notice will be issued to the encroachers to file their reply.

4. The petitioners may file their reply to Form III notice, along with the supporting documents which they possess. Naturally, the reply will be considered by the authority before passing the order.

5. The writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. W.M.P.No.19456 of 2023 to permit the petitioners to file a single writ petition is allowed and disposed of. W.M.P.No.19458 of 2023 is closed.
