Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed in Crl.MP.No.9264 of 2026 has been filed to implead the proposed 2nd Respondent/Defacto complainant viz Miss.Kashish Bagari as the 2nd Respondent in the Crl.OP.No.12097 of 2026.
2. Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed in Crl.MP.No.9265 of 2026 has been filed to to amend the Sections 115(2), 76, 77, 64(1), 351(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) 2023 and Section 66E of the Information Technology Act, 2000 into Sections 115(2), 76, 77, 64(1), 351(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) 2023 and Section 66(E) of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Sections 3(w)(i), 3(2)(V) and 3(2)(VA) of Schedule Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 in Crl.OP.No.12097 of 2026.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).
4. Considering the reasons assigned along with this petition, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
5. Registry is directed to implead the 2nd respondent herein as proposed respondent and issue notice to the proposed respondent returnable by 15.06.2026. Private Notice is also permitted.
6. Accordingly, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
7. Post the matter on 16.06.2026.
