Comp.A.Nos.270 & 271 of 2022 in C.P.No.57 of 1998 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J These applications are presented by the applicant in Comp.A.Nos.135 & 136 of 2022 in Comp. A.No.297 of 2021 in C.P.No.57 of 1998, seeking amendments in the schedule to the Judge's summons in the above applications.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant points out that an extent of 90 cents in Survey No.753/2B was omitted inadvertently by the applicant and, therefore, an amendment is prayed for to include the same. Similarly, it is stated that the sale notice covers an extent of 4 acres in Survey No.755/4, whereas an extent of 5 acres was mentioned inadvertently in the schedule on account of the fact that the applicant asserts title in respect of 5 acres.
3. Learned Administrator has no objection to these applications being allowed.

4. Upon considering the reasons stated by the applicant and being satisfied that sufficient cause is shown, these applications are allowed as prayed for. Consequently, the applicant is permitted to carry out the necessary amendments in the applications on or before 12.08.2022 and serve a copy of the amended applications on learned Administrator and the learned Official Liquidator within a week thereafter.
