(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.R.Anbalagan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, for respondents 1 to 5 and Mr.M.Sundaramurthy, learned counsel for the sixth respondent.

2. Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, submits that the subject-land would be measured and if encroachment is found, further action would be undertaken.

3. In view of the said statement, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
