ORDER
This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3079 of 2025, dated 07.02.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is appearing before the Nallipalayam Police Station, Namakkal everyday at 10:30 a.m., in another Crime No.235 of 2024, therefore the petitioner is unable to comply with the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3079 of 2025, dated 07.02.2025 and sought for modification of the same.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent raised strong objection by stating that the petitioner had not complied with the condition even once; and that the investigation is pending.
4. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the fact that the investigation is pending, the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3079 of 2025, dated 07.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
