This petition is filed to amend the prayer in W.P.No.18059 of 2023 from "direct the payment and release the salary with arrears to the petitioners at par with Regular Dental Medical Officers employed in Government Hospitals in the State of Tamil Nadu" to "direct the payment and release the salary with arrears to the petitioners at par with Regular Dental Medical Officers employed in Government Hospitals in the State of Tamil Nadu or in the alternative, direct the respondents to absorb the petitioners as regular Medical Officers with effect from 06.09.2016 and to grant equal pay".

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of this petition, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 3 .Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition in W.P.No.18059 of 2023.
