Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to transfer name and issue the patta in petitioner's name regarding the land in survey No.8A/6 to an extent of 2 acre 12 cents situated in 104 Azhinjal pattu Village, Vembakkam Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to act on application submitted by the petitioner on 19.10.2020, wherein the petitioner is seeking for transferring the patta in his favour.

2. Mr.Rajesh, learned Government advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the second respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry on 18.12.2020 at 11.30 A.M. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the second respondent has already called the petitioner for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to complete the enquiry and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
