ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal orders passed in RCA.No.7 of 2007 dated 14.11.2011 passed by the Principal Sub-Ordinate Court, (Rent Control Appellate Authority), Mayiladuthurai and restore the fair and decreetal orders passed in RCOP.No.17 of 2007 on 31.07.2007 passed by the learned District Munsif, (Rent Controller) Mayiladuthurai.

2. Learned counsel for the revision petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
