The Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the 1st Respondent pertaining to the Notice dated 10.09.2020 in Rc.No.Land/002/2018 published in daily "Dinathanthi" in Tamil language and the daily "The New Indian Express" in English language dated 18.09.2020 with respect to Petitioner's property in T.S.No.26, Block No.41 of Puliyur Village, Kodambakkam, Chennai -24 pending on the file of the first respondent and quash the proceedings thereon. 2.Heard, both sides.
3.What is now attempted is only an amendment to the notice under Section 3(2) of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 and the petitioner is entitled to his right of objection 2/4
to the amended notification under Section 3(2) of the said Act. Therefore, the petitioner is now required to file his fresh set of objections to the amended notification under Section 3(2) of the said Act within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
