ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the third respondent herein to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 20.10.2014 and not to disconnect the water connection to the petitioners' premises in accordance with law.

However, after period of ten years, the representation submitted by the petitioners cannot be considered. Therefore, the petitioners are at liberty to submit a fresh representation on fresh cause of 2/4

action, if so advised.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
