O R D E R
The learned counsel for the respondents / TANGEDCO made a submission that the request of the writ petitioner for providing electricity service connection was rejected on account of objection raised by the other person regarding the ownership of the property.

The ownership itself is in dispute, the parties are bound to approach the competent Civil Court of law for the purpose of crystalisation of their rights, as per power regulations and once all the relevant documents should produce, then alone the parties will be in a favour to consider the application for providing electricity connection. In the present case, the application was not considered in view of the objection raised by the other person regarding the ownership. Thus, the petitioner resolve the civil disputes and thereafter, file an application for providing electricity connection.

With these observations, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
