On 04.06.2025 this Court allowed this petition on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- directly to the second respondent, within a period of two weeks and adjourned this matter to 18.06.2025 for reporting compliance.
2. When the matter is taken up today, it is submitted that the petitioner has complied the conditions imposed in the order dated 04.06.2025 and has also filed a cost memo to that effect.
