Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of habeas corpus directing the respondent No.1 to produce the detenue namely Dharshini, aged 10 years, the petitioner's minor daughter, before this Court who has been unlawfully and illegally detained by the second respondent against her will from 11.05.2019 onwards and handover her custody to the petitioner and thereby ensure their right to life and personal liberty as guaranteed under Article 21 of Constitution of India.
