This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to issue of Certiorarified Mandamus against the Ist respondent and to call for the entire records pertaining to the summon issued by the Ist respondent under Section 91 and 160(1) of Cr.P.C. in C. No.22/PG/COP-Cbe City 2016 from the file of the Ist respondent and quash the same.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue involved in this case has been settled out of the Court between the parties. Hence, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed if any.
