Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned eviction notice dated 30.08.2021 issued by the th respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's application/representation dated 13.08.2021 to assign/exchange the land comprised in S.No.451/1 situated at Pikkanahalli Village, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District measuring an extent of 3.85 acres with Mango Trees instead of land belongs to the petitioner in

S.No.418 of the same village and not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land.

When the matter was listed for hearing on 02.12.2025, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 03.12.2025 under the caption "For Dismissal".

2. Even today i.e., on 03.12.2025, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioners. Thus, it is evident that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the Writ Petition in W.P.No.20414 of 2021 stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
