ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2229/m/1/2014 dated 11.07.2014 passed by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the fourth respondent and to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to regularize the services of the petitioner in Permanent vacancy of Night Watchman post at Government Girls Higher Secondary School at Gummidipoondi or in any other school where there is a permanent vacancy of any suitable post, with all monetary benefits and other service benefits from the date of initial appointment.

2. On 03.04.2019, when the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence, the Registry was directed to post the matter under the caption "For dismissal" on 04.04.2019. Accordingly, when the matter is listed today i.e. on 04.04.2019 under the said caption, there is no representation for the petitioner even today. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
