.. Respondent Petition filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, to appoint a sole Arbitrator to resolve the disputes between the petitioner and the respondent viz., the disputes concerning the matters touching upon the agreement dated 23.07.2010.

O R D E R

Learned counsel for the parties state that though they have arrived at a joint compromise memo, both parties seek a decree in terms of the same memo and for that purpose, an Arbitrator may be appointed in so far as the present petition is concerned, before whom the joint compromise memo shall be filed. They jointly propose Mr.V.Kalyanaraman, Advocate, present in Court to be appointed as the Sole Arbitrator, who also accepts the assignment. 2.At joint request of parties, Mr.V.Kalyanaraman, Advocate present in Court, is appointed as the Sole Arbitrator. The fee of the Arbitrator is fixed at Rs.25,000/- each. 3.Original petition, accordingly, stands disposed of, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
