O R D E R

Mr. M. Maharaja, Learned Special Government Pleader (HR & CE) takes notice for the First and Second Respondents and Mr. Niranjan Rajagopal, Learned Counsel takes notice for the Third Respondent.

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the Third Respondent to dispose of the Second Appeal dated 09.01.2019 which has been filed by the Petitioner before the Third Respondent.

The Learned Counsel appearing for the Third Respondent, on instructions, submits that the Third Respondent which is a Statutory Authority takes up the Second Appeals for final hearing in the sequence of chronological order of filing and an endeavour shall be made to dispose the aforesaid appeal of the Petitioner within a period of three months. A memo to that effect has been filed, which is recorded. The Third Respondent shall file a report of compliance on disposal of the Second Appeal before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court by 30.11.2019.

The Writ Petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms. No Costs.
