This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 25.01.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.675 of in Crl.O.P.No.17386 of 2021 to appear before the respondent police monthly once i.e., 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is not complying with the conditions regularly and he has also not complied with the other conditions.

3.Considering the above submission, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
