O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed seeking to amend the Crime No.903 of 2019 instead of Crime No.903 of 2020 in the order passed in Crl.O.P No.16818 of 2020 dated 28.10.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that while filing the anticipatory bail petition in Crl.O.P No.16818 of 2020, he has correctly mentioned the Crime Number as 903 of 2019. Whereas, in the order dated 28.10.2020, it has been inadvertently mentioned as Crime No.903 of 2020 and thereby, he was unable to furnish the sureties and therefore, the present petition has been filed seeking for amendment.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the document.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. 2/4

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.

6. Time granted by this Court to comply with the conditions imposed vide order dated 28.10.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.16818 of 2020 is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of amended copy of the order.
