The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.10.2014 and to reclassify the land in possession of the members of the petitioner Association from Odai Poramboke into Natham and to issue house site patta.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner Association made representation dated 27.10.2014 to the respondents seeking to reclassify the land in possession of the members of the petitioner Association from Odai Poramboke into Natham and to issue house site patta and since the same has not yet been considered, has filed this writ petition. 3.The members of the petitioner Association are in possession of the lands classified as Odai Poramboke which relates to water body. The respondents have no power to reclassify the lands relating to water body. Hence, the relief sought for by the petitioner Association cannot be considered. 4.The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
