The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 27 days in filing the criminal revision petition against the order dated 23.01.2024 in M.C.No.16 of 2022 on the file of the II Additional Principal Family Court at Chennai.

2. Heard Mr.T.I.Ramanathan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.Ganesha Moorthy, learned counsel for the respondents.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Case, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission on 23.07.2024.
