2. The case of the writ petitioner is that they have been appointed as salesmen in the third respondent society, subsequently, they were terminated from the service on 31.07.2012, however, they are entitled to certain benefits. In this regard, they have given representation to the authorities, which is pending without consideration till date. Hence, these writ petitions. 3.Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. Considering the limited relief as sought for in these writ petitions, this Court permits the petitioners to file fresh representation to the respondents within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. representations are made by the petitioners, the respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months thereafter.

4. Accordingly, these writ petitions stands disposed of.
