ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the first respondent to take appropriate action under the Panchayat Act, 1994 against the fifth respondent for the action of fabrication of job-cards and Misappropriation of the funds under the NREGA 2005. 2.

However, after period of ten years, the representation of the petitioner cannot be considered. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation on fresh cause of action, if so advised. 2/4
