In the light of the fact that only a Civil Miscellaneous Appeal would lie against the order under Section 45 A of the Employee State Insurance Act, the Registry is directed to convert this Writ Petition into a Civil Miscellaneous Appeal under Section 82 of the ESI Act and post the matter in regular course before the concerned Court as per roster.
