ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Section 379 of IPC in Cr.No.624 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners stolen a lorry which belong to the defacto complainant. Hence, the defacto complainant lodged a complaint before the law enforcing agency. Thereby, the law enforcing agency registered a case against the petitioners.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that earlier this Court had dismissed the anticipatory bail application of the co-accused/A-1. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the gravity of offence committed by the petitioners, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
