PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondents to make complete the inquiry as a whole to register a FIR based on the complaint and vital evidential documents of the petitioner's complaint dated 10.07.2021 pending on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction of this Court directing the second respondent to register an FIR on the complaint dated 10.07.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner lodged a complaint on 10.07.2021, despite the complaint discloses cognizable offence, the respondent police have failed to take any action. Hence, the above petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submits that on receipt of the complaint of the petitioner, enquiry conducted and the same was closed on 04.08.2021. had been served to the petitioner and also received acknowledgment. He further submits that earlier for the same cause of action, the petitioner had filed a private complaint before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pondicherry in Crl.M.P.No.1425 of 2016, which was also dismissed. 4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry), the criminal original petition is dismissed.
