ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.05.2021 and 31.03.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 10.05.2021 and 31.03.2022 seeking determination of compensation based on the present market value guidelines and, under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

3. In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representations will be disposed of by the respondents within a period of eight weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent and also perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, this Court directs the respondent concerned to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.03.2022 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders determining the compensation, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
