O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioners in Crl.Op.No.15919 of 2020 by an order dated 14.10.2020 that the petitioners on their release from prison, shall stay at Nagercoil and report before the Inspector of Police, Kottar Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. 2.The learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the Petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the Petitioners have been complying with the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the Petitioners in Crl.OP.No.15919 of 2020, on 14.10.2020, is modified to the effect that the first Petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police station every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
