ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the matter was settled and the amount was paid to the petitioner and hence, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition. He has also made the following endorsement to that effect: "The matter was settled and the amount was paid. The Respondent counsel was also informed me regarding the amount paid. Therefore, I'm withdrawing the petition."
