O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned proceedings issued by the Respondent in R.No.7770/2014/S1/FSSA dated 09.10.2014 and consequently direct the Respondent to consider the petitioner for transfer to the vacant post of Food Safety Officer in Coimbatore Corporation.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that nothing survives in this petition and he has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing survives in this petition, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
