ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Crl.Op.No.15725 of 2020, dated 06.10.2020 that the petitioner shall stay at Madhuranthagam and report before Madhuranthagam Town Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdictional limits of the respondent police.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition. 4.In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.15725 of 2020, on 06.10.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police station on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
