O R D E R

The prayer sought in the present Writ Petition is to restrain the respondents from terminating the service of the petitioner and permit them to continue in service till the final decision taken by the Government in respect of regularisation of their service.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that earlier, the Writ Petitions filed by the petitioner seeking for regularisation of their service have been dismissed and the Writ Appeals have been filed and the Writ Appeals were also dismissed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.Nos.2911 of 2012 etc. by an order dated 10.07.2014. In view of the said submissions, the prayer sought in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. Considering the above circumstances, the present Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
