Prayer: This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the Proceedings No.P23/3/22306556/PPO dated 02.08.2013 issued by the 1st respondent and consequential Proceedings No.P23/2/REV/22306556/PPO No/C 646056 dated 02.08.2013, quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to pay 1/4

the pension by taking the pension emoluments at Rs.17,950/- i.e. basic pay of 13,550 + grade pay of Rs.4,400 as per the Proceedings No.P23/3/12306556/PPO dated 10.10.2012 issued by the 1st respondent and other terminal benefits as recommended by the 2nd and 3rd respondents.
