ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this court in Crl.O.P.No.15046 of 2025 on 16.05.2025 that the petitioner shall report to before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for period of 30 days.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioners shall report to before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for period of 30 days, is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
