This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.13270 of 2022 dated 09.06.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner had been complying the condition by appearing before the Respondent police twice daily for the past two months. He further submits that the respondent police has substantially completed the investigation.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed and further the petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required for interrogation.
