ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the impugned order of punishment dated 15.05.2023 passed by the respondent viz., Red Cross Society.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent produced before this Court a notification of the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions (Department of Personnel and Training), Government of India S.O.No.2824 (E) dated 01.12.2008 in and by which 191 organisations were notified for the exercise of jurisdiction by the Central Administrative Tribunal, by virtue of its power under Section 14 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 (13 of 1985). The Indian Red Cross Society finds place at Sl.No.190 and there is no dispute that the present matter is a service matter. Therefore, the Writ Petition is not maintainable, as such is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an Original Application before the Central Administrative Tribunal.

3.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of .No costs.
