Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to process petitioner's educational loan application and sanction the educational loan for petitioner's study in B.Sc. Agriculture in Imayam Institute of Agriculture and Technology, Thuraiyur, Tiruchirappallai by considering petitioner's father's representation dated 20.03.2023 to the District collector and forwarded to the 2nd respondent. ORDER

The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner's application seeking for an education loan was rejected by the second respondent on the ground that her father's CIBIL score is not satisfactory. 2.Ms.N.Senthil Selvi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.A.Abdul Wahab, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent.

3.On reading the impugned communication of the second respondent dated 31.03.2023, this Court finds that the second respondent has not taken a final decision on the application of the petitioner and that it has indicated that the CIBIL score of the petitioner's father and other relevant papers have been forwarded to the higher authority for redressal and consideration of education loan as per eligibility norms. In view of the same, this petition is premature.

4.Before taking up a final decision against the petitioner, the second respondent is now required to grant the petitioner an opportunity of being heard personally in the matter and thereafter, to decide the issue. 5.This Writ Petition is closed accordingly.
