ORDER

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 9.04.2026 for allotment of shops.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioners father was a tenant in respect of a shop premises of Jamaliya Commercial Complex and ever since his

demise, the petitioner is paying rents for shop, however, without any opportunity, the officials have sealed the shop premises on the ground that the building is in a dilapidated condition on 20.12.2021. The petitioner sent a representation on 09.04.20265 for considering the earlier tenancy of his father which is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.04.2026 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
