(1D) No.218 School Education (Pa.Ka.5(1) Department dated 20.06.2019 issued by the 1st respondent and quash the same in so far as Clause 9 (1) prescribed a condition of 3 years services in the same school to participate in the counseling for transfer of Teachers / Headmasters is concerned and consequently directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to participate in the counseling for transfer to be held on 13.07.2019.

Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned Government Order dated 20.06.2019 issued by the 1st respondent and quash the same in so far as Clause 9(1) is concerned and consequently to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to participate in the counseling for transfer to be held on 13.07.2019.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, in view of the interim order dated 08.11.2019, the petitioner was appointed in the Elementary School in his Union and therefore, the writ petition may be closed. The learned counsel also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
