ORDER

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner filed a Memo dated 19.09.2023 wherein it has been stated that the original suit in O.S.No. 141 of 2018 pending on the file of the District Munsif, Krishnagiri, has been dismissed as not pressed by the Court below, dated 31.07.2023, is recorded.

2. Recording the said memo, the relief sought for in this Revision has now become infructuous. Therefore, there is nothing survives for further adjudication and hence, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
