This petition has been filed to implead the proposed respondent, namely, District Revenue Officer, Salem as fourth respondent in W.P.No.19609 of 2024.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Special Government Pleader for respondents.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since the respondents have given no objection in allowing this petition, this petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment immediately in the cause title.
