Aishwarya ..Respondent PRAYER: This Original Petition is filed under Sections 3, 7 to 10 and Section 25 of the Guardian and Wards Act r/w Clause 17 of the Letters Patent and Order XXI Rule 2 and 3 of the Original Side Rules, seeking to grant permanent custody of the minor children Shreyas born on 29.12.2010 currently aged 8 years, Aditi born on 24.04.2012 currently aged 7 and Rishab born on 28.10.2013 currently aged 5 and half years and that the petitioner be appointed as the Guardian of the person of three minor children.
