ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 30.12.2015 (received on 21.01.2016) made in Na.Ka.No.1017/2005/A2 quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned and direct the 2nd respondent to allot house site patta measuring 4 cents in S.No.42/5A in Kallaankuthu lands Salem Taluk Salem District on the basis of the Government order (2D) No.711 dated 30.11.2007 issued and also in due compliance of the order passed by the High Court in WP.No.9443/2010.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner passed away.
