This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.4039 of 2025 dated 17.02.2025.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has not complying the condition imposed by this Court.
3. In view of the above, the petition for relaxation stands dismissed.
